2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment deducted but registration not completed due to system error (after verification).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with payment proof.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once registration is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
