The registration fee of ₹11 is charged as a nominal verification and administrative fee to maintain platform quality and prevent misuse.

• The ₹11 fee is non-refundable once registration is successfully completed.
• No refund will be issued if the user voluntarily registers and completes the payment.
• Refund requests will not be entertained for incorrect details entered by the user.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same registration.
• Technical error resulting in multiple deductions.
• Payment deducted but registration not completed due to system error (after verification).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with payment proof.

3. Refund Process

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy
